Despite gloomy and chilly weather, the show goes on! It looked like rain all morning and the low ceiling made for interesting flying, but by afternoon things were more pleasant. As always we reproduced the aviation history of WWII accentuated by some powerful explosives as shown in the bottom right image below. The top two images are of action on the flightline while the show proceeds in the background. We had 5 different aerobtic performances including the amazing jet assisted prop biplane. The jet powered semi truck is always amazing and his "flame out" directly in front of us nearly singed our clothes . The bottom left photo shows Ken motoring down the runway, engines at full power, on his way to 400 mph. Again...that's a semi truck powered by 3 jet engines going 400 mph!
